Had a great experience renting with this company. The car was immaculate, and we even got an upgrade. The counter person, Doug was very friendly and just made the whole experience that much better. I will definitely be returning! I don't know why people are rating it so low, as there was absolutely nothing negative in my experience. Definitely recommend.

When people post reviews - they either have an excellent experience or a terrible one otherwise they wouldn’t be wasting time to do so. In my case, it was as unprofessional as it gets. After having returned my rental which was confirmed to be undamaged and all sorted, they not only charged me for my rental car (593), but for another customer’s rental charge (1010). How does that even happen?? Aerodrive did not even realize their mistake until I checked my accounts. Even after informing them of this blatant mistake, they took over 7 days to process a refund. Their refund was even slightly short of what they owe me. One would expect them to not only refund what they over charged but to refund more to make up for their blunder. Guess what- they even refunded 9cents short (see for yourself in attached screenshot). Unbelievable. I find it hard to believe this is a legitimate rental company. Their only saving grace was their customer service man Troy who tried his best to help me but even that wouldn’t save the way their upper management operates. By over charging a customer by more than 1K on their card for over a week, then short changing the refund (even if it’s by a tiny amount) with no official apology nor goodwill discount etc - yeah that’s a real good way to help your own rental business survive in difficult times like this.

I've rented twice from Aerodrive now and the staff have been friendly and efficient, the price for being right in the airport is fantastic and cars have been clean. Highly recommend and will be booking again soon

We rented a car with the bring back full fuel policy a few months ago. As I started the car, I noticed that it was not full. I called the desk at the airport and they told me to fill it up and that they would pay me back. After several emails with the receipt copy and images attached, they have not bothered to answer. I took dated pictures of of the odometer before leaving the airport as they requested and sent them in as well. Keep away!

A relative newcomer. Offering good rates. Easy online booking. Easy pick up & return. Their parking location is at the far end of the rental car park. No biggie just need to know how to find iit. Staff were friendly & professional.

My sister got a phone call from this guys saying we didn't fill the fuel when we gave the car back and asked us to pay 200 but when I called them they said "are you sure you filled the petrol" a few times to that I replied I have the receipt to prove and then said okay we will look into it, later they came back saying oh it was for a different car. Heard bad about them still gave them a tried. Not worth it.

Make sure you take pictures before and after include tyre conditions alow wheel and everything... or it will ended up paying ... as something can happn when they take the car for cleaning.. and then you pay for that...or Try some other companies which have 0 access insurance
