Called your number yesterday as I was wanting to take out a new policy for my vehicle. Someone called Prisca answered my call after 30 minutes of being on hold and was incredibly rude to me on the phone, I was actually very shocked - she sounded as though she could not be bothered taking the call and her remarks to me was almost like it was a hassle for her to take the call. It was incredibly shocking. When I told her what my situation was and that prior to lock down I needed to cancel my insurance and wanted to restart She did not have customer service at all and was extremely difficult on the phone. I think she needs to get customer service training or find another job as she certainly made it clear she couldn't be bothered. After all of that she over quoted the amount so I asked her to send me the quote to my email so I could review it first - she didn't bother sending it until 18 hours later?

Had someone to checkout my damage for a quote send from ami have not heard back since 3 month lol I did call and they told me they contrac me soon haha such a waste of money
Horrible service gone way down hill. Treat you like a criminal when trying to make a claim then make you jump through hoops to get the claim paid out or item replaced. Unbelievable in this day and age. Going elsewhere now for my home, contents and car insurance.
