The team here are super helpful. They have been taking care of my family's vehicles for several years. They are always happy to listen to any concerns and have always done their best to help work with our busy family schedule for repairs. I don't know much about cars so I also really appreciate that they explain everything that has been done in a way that doesn't make me feel stupid.

Went to get a WOF, apparently light bulbs needed replacing, so re booked to come back the next day. It was going to cost '50-100' to replace them. All good, went back the next day. Upon inspection it was going to need an auto electrician to complete the job due to the type of bulb/job. So went to an auto electrician to get the work done. They ran a diagnostic test which revealed the lights were within the legal requirements and no work was actually needed. So back here we went and the excuse was that the auto electrician must be wrong, however we had been given proof of lights being fine and after a 10 minute discussion it was admitted that the lights were in fact legal and it had all been a massive waste of time and money. No apology was offered, just a smirk and a sarcastic 'have a nice day'. This sort of place is why mechanics get a bad rap, there are definitely better mechanics out there (and better priced too).

Fantastic friendly team. They fitted me in with short notice, job was done within the time frame they said. Highly recommend them, they are not the closest Super Shoppe to me but the one I will always go too
