Hi l came in to Bed Bath and Beyond The Palms to today intending to buy a chair. This item was shop soiled. When l asked the assistance replied that it was full price despite a 50 and 60 percent off storewide. The shop assistance turned her back on me and walked away . Wow service sure as come a long way.

I love Bed bath and beyond, however I went in there today (saturday 3rd of august) at around 4:30pm and spent maybe 15-20 minutes looking around. No one even acknowledged me. I was looking at buying something in particular and I looked around the store several times but couldnt find what I was after. The store wasn't busy, there was maybe one other customer and I could see that the assistants were not busy, but they didn't bother to help me. Really poor customer service, I went elsewhere. What a disappointing shopping experience
