Be careful - I've known some people that were happy with Bespoke, but my experience from 2015/2016 was horrible. The conceptual drawing was beautiful and met our requirements, but once we signed a contract, communication was poor and the resulting design didn't resemble the conceptual drawing at all, didn't meet our needs, and was 60 percent over budget. In addition, it didn't meet council requirements for the section and couldn't be built. Bespoke blamed me saying that I'm responsible for knowing all of the council requirements and confirming that their design meets them, they blamed the builder for the pricing, and after an attempt to sit down and discuss the project to get it back on track, they were argumentative and non-compliant and demanded that it would be a new project resulting in yet more charges. In the end, we were stuck with the bill and useless pricing plans and had to start over with a new architect.

If you looking for a non responsive, unreliable place. Go for it. After 4-6 months of calls and emails being unanswered i find out there has been no plans done or presented to the council. Would never recommend.
