We frequented the bar a few times during our stay at The Rydges, really nice setting. We decided to treat ourselves to dinner at the restaurant one evening. Was a little bit apprehensive as the menu sounds quite posh and I'm more of a Cheeseburger kind of gal. Husband ordered some oysters to start, however they were very small. We decided to go for the Two Share plate of Lamb - it did not disappoint and was the finest lamb we have ever had. We couldn't quite manage it all, but made a damn good attempt at it. Spacious restaurant with a pleasant ambience.

Central location. Usually parking nearby. Helpful staff and decent range of drinks. Bar food good and restaurant there too if you want dinner.

Really love the 7 day aged steak, 300g Mary's cut definitely fill the stomach! The breakfast is quite nice too with lots of choice to choose from, you can also order coffee to be made instead of using coffee machine.

No Wagyu!! :-( we were only informed once we were sat down and had finished drinks and starters. Would have appreciated an early heads-up, as the delectable little bovines as advertised were the main reason for our visit. A vegan entree and main option is available for anyone wondering :-)
