Got excellent service from the boys at Bridgestone Wairakei today. They checked my tyre for leaks, did a wheel rotation and blackened them. Then they charged me nothing ! I will definitely be coming back here for my next set of tyres.

The most unprofessional business place I visited . Do not go to this place. The guy on the front desk was very rude at start and asked to come back later of the day. When went again staff mentioned he is not authorised to fix the tyre and gave me appointment for next early morning to fix my punctured .When i reached at the mentioned time, The front desk person asked me to wait for 40 mins just because the other staff did not book my appointment. For one tyre puncture they expected to visit their shop 3 times. Now i am stranded with my stepney tyre on my car and still the punctured tyre is not fixed. Rediculous service and would not recommend to go and waste your time.

Great service! Prefer my Bridgestone tyres so it's good that the Fleet lease fornournwork vehicles is with them as well. This is the closest one to my work, so the one we go to the most. Regardless of that, I've been here with my personal truck as well and the crew is fantastic. Quick and helpful, you'll have no worries here!

Do yourself a favour….. give this Bridgestone Wairakei Road branch a wide berth…Manager gave serious WOF standards misinformation and tyres changed needlessly , dangerously misaligned wheels of my car either through incompetence or other, not a very clever way to treat a formerly loyal client…People skills could do with a hurry up , but don't hold your breath as the rot seems to have set in with the NZ Management I tried to deal with.INTEGRITY NOT in their dictionary!

Do not go to this place. The guy on the front desk was very rude and condescending and made an unprofessional comment. The rest of the staff seem OK. I decided to go to TYRE 2 GO just down the road instead. They are much nicer to deal with and very helpful.

Wheel alignment was poor. Went back twice but still wasn't happy. Hard to deal with. Went elsewhere and it was sorted easy.
