When I was there, there was a couple of very difficult customers, and they had some difficulty with the computer freezing. I was very impressed with how well the staff handled things, particularly the trainee. The staff remained polite and respectful at all times and showed how well the y can cope under pressure.

I thought burgers of this place would be different and yummy as it's a specified place for burgers. But totally disappointed with that. We ordered there special jalapeño burger. To be honest, it was as usual burger which you might get in cheap price tag in different burger place. Though i like there cold drink machine from which u can fill your glass as many times you want. Sitting arrangements was good and spacious. Staff was good .
My Eggs Bene Delux (nothing delux about it) had a smear of hollandaise sauce 3 tiny pieces of bacon and an egg, the burger was cold. I had 6 hashies and a coffee for 10.20. Staff gave the impression they were not enjoying their day. I won't be going back there again. A 2 star rating is generous.

Just a suggestion, maybe DON'T mop the floors during the lunch rush when there are people standing around waiting for food? Not only is it rude but it's incredibly dangerous. People on the counter also shouldn't be disappearing to prepare food, leaving the counter unattended and customers being ignored. Having servers who can also clearly speak and understand english also helps.
Clean and tidy.
They sold burgers.....and chips....and drinks.all of this was good as thats funily enough,what we went there for.
Food was good and service was good, but the store needed a bit of cleaning as there was water on the floor around the drink machine,there was a sign in place but would of been better to clean up the moisture.
