Really friendly staff and the restaurant is always very clean and tidy, the burgers and shakes are over priced, don't get me wrong the taste real good but pricing is high. Great hangover recovery food. Recommended to everyone.

they have quite a wide variety of flavours, including some pretty unique burgers! the portion is a pretty good size too, but kinda pricey at 10 till almost 20 for a burger (excluding the fries), but it is pretty good! they also have a pretty decent membership programme where you can get some good deals on burgers / free stuff

Man I loved my burger from here. It was the ducks nuts! The lovely woman who served us was outstanding, Jenna i believe her name was. Man she was the best! Me and my sister order a couple of burgers and me (one of them vegans) wanted to change some things in the V-twin burger to make it better (i mean vegan) she was most accommodating. Even when I selected a coke then wanted to double back and get a Phoenix cole after the payment she sorted me out. What a star! So to summarize. -Mean burger -Jenna is a beast at customer service -sorted the awkward vegan out Go in and experience the ride that is fantastic service! You won't regret it

Although the staff were very friendly, the worker serving us avoided our question about health issues and suggested vegan cheese instead. The burgers were greasier than a Toyota Corolla and the chips saltier than my mother in law. Despite the creative solution to dousing the burgers in sauce, the thin cardboard was overwhelmed and I ended up staining my pants with sauce. To top it all off, the sauce in my chicken burger tasted foul. Good thing I spent a ridiculous amount of money on a good soda to wash the taste and grease away. Congratulations Burger Fuel Papanui, I've eaten in 21 countries and you're my first 1-star.
