Awesome service!! Great burgers and a really tidy place. Went in close to closing time (due to the website order not loading properly) and they were more than happy to accept the order and got it done really quick. Everytime I enter the staff on are always friendly and patient.

Surprisingly terrible burger I have received this time, the beef patty was burn to black color and crunchy, as well as the bacon. Kumara chips were burnt to black color as well., I have no idea what happened there because normally I like their burgers the most, I think when chef realized that the food has been burnt, all they should have done is throw it away, and make a new one.. instead of giving it to me where I could not even eat it. Will avoid ordering food from this BF from now and on.

Without a doubt the best buger restaurant in town. Their range is limited but they cater to vegan and vegetarian needs. The food here is not cheap but the quality absolutely matches the prices.

Another disappointment in this BF store. Very unfriendly staff and long wait to order despite there was only one table occupied (- 1 star). The tables were sticky and not very pleasant (- 1 star). Getting food took unusual long and the chips were overcooked and brown and extremely crusty (- 1 star). The burger was okay. Come on guys, you can do it much better!

Amazing food, used to get it after my night classes and introduced it to my friend and mum. The food is always made fresh, they are extremely careful about cross contamination with their allergens and I've never had a bad experience. Their menu has a vast range to accomodate people with dairy allergies, who are vegan or vegetarian, peanut allergies and more. Their food is well worth the price with the size of their burgers and sides and the staff are always friendly and you never have to wait long for amazing and hot food. They also have outstanding presentation with their meals
