My wife went in for an urgent early morning blood test and had to wait 45 minutes (it wasn't even that busy). There was only one staff member there and he was taking 15 minutes per person. They seem to think putting up the 30-45 minutes wait time sign excuses the poor service. This doesn't make sense when early morning is the busiest time as urgent tests have to be done and people want to get to work. SCL need to make improvements here. Haven't had this much issue with the other clinics hence I would go elsewhere if possible
