Appalling service! They waterblasted my drains, left gross debris around my property. A week later they waterblasted my neighbors property and left that in a mess also. Apparently thats normal. If you know drain debris is going to be pushed up to the surface, wouldn't you take steps to contain it? And if it is coming up to the surface, thats surely evidence that it is not going where it is supposed to be. They had no idea that the call outs to #32 and #32a, just 5 days apart, could be connected in any way. During the customer service call i just had with them, nothing is their fault, and my neighbour should have advised them that they had recently been to my propety, I should have advised them of the mess they left sooner, even though its dark when I leave for work and its dark when I get home. I am stunned by their refusal to accept responsibility for their failings.
Horrible experience with these guys. Icomplaint to the owner about the unprofessional behaviour and she was not ready to listen and yelled that they don’t care about the mess the workers make while doing their job. Very arrogant person to talk to. Not recommended at all. Don’t waste your time and money

*STOP* don't go looking for another plumber to clear your blocked drains. These guys are a Christchurch company, and do their absolute best sometimes under trying conditions. I've always found them professional and capable. They really care about getting it right.

These guys are horrible!!! Please don't waste your money on these workers and the owner who yells at you when you complain about his unprofessional employees. Regret ever coming across this company. To top it all off, whatever they did when they weren't taking their multiple breaks didn't work but did the owner offer to help or resolve the solution? NOPE!
Very happy with the service these guys offered. Showed up on time and did the job as per the quote. I Would recommend them to friends and family.
