We have now bought 2 caravans from these guys. Newbies to caravanning, they guided us through the many vans that they have until we got the right fit. Caravan Planet have full workshop facilities so getting extras organised was simple and they also have a great range of accessories. After sales and support has been exemplary. Like I said, we have now bought 2 caravans from these guys; says it all!

This review is on behalf; Happy to sell you a van but after sales service and fair and reasonable warranty period not upheld. Also held our friends caravan hostage after an insurance repair after Caravan Planet and the insurance company disagreed on repair costs. In my view a leaking shower tray should have been repaired right the first time, 6 months after repair it has been used for the first time and it leaked through the carpets etc. Poor and after paying quite a bit for a caravan from a reputable yard you would expect more.
Good selection of vans
We just looked around ourselves with no pressure Richard turned up and showed us more, gave us great advice and was very knowledgeable about the product he sells, he showed us some nice vans and we learnt a lot from him, we liked the last van he showed us and was very interested as price was right, so we now have a better idea as to what we want, will go back again.
