My first time here but to donate blood. The building is so nice and spacious. Reception staff are attentive and friendly. This giraffe even has its own swipe card! Great environment and vibe.

Cut off water to property for hours without any warning or notice what so ever. Had washing on and half way through a shower just to have whole house shut off and us wondering what on earth is going on. Pretty unprofessional

Be Nice To You

Very inefficient, needs to move with the times. To actually get an inspector out only took 3 days and he promptly sent us his report that same day.... But it takes another 20 days to get sent a compliance certificate which is only sent by email... The whole process took almost 2 months... At this rate its best to put a log burner in summer. A ridiculously long process for those who are trying to help themselves stay warm in winter

Disappointing service !!!!! There is a road work going on the riccarton road from ages and now it's even worse as they have started the work first the start of the road to pretty much end of the road. It would take more 45 minutes just to cross the road over the busy time. And if by any chance you jump on to the bus lane even to take a turn, you will end up getting an infringement notice. Disgusting !!!!
