Absolute worst of the worst. We e-mailed and accepted and agreed to buy a Nissan Leaf at the advertised price on Trademe. Then they would not honour that price saying it was a ‘mistake’. We’re having to take this to the media this is so disappointing, we have screenshots of the advertised price, conversations etc. Absolutely unbelievable service, honour the advertised price and be honest. Would not recommend to anyone as this has been a disgusting experience.

These guys are car retailers, don't waste your time and money taking your car to them for repairs like I did. I took my Nissan to them for a misfire diagnosis. They make you go to the showroom where I was repeatedly assailed by sales staff, offering to make my problem go away by selling me a new car. They couldn't find the fault and said they wanted to try a compression test but didn't have the gear. They phoned me to say it was ready to pick up but when I arrived made me wait a further 20 minutes while they prepared the account, during which time the sales staff tried to sell me a new car again. The next day I took it to a real mechanic with diagnostic gear and they fixed it without hesitation. Even if I wanted to buy a new Nissan, I would go somewhere else. Walk past some time and ask yourself what all those over-dressed staff are actually doing. I think the answer is in the first word of their name.
Recently moved to Christchurch, brought my Qashqai for a service at Cockram Nissan. Excellent works done! The car returned in a neat appearance and with Lollies! Thank you!
To say the experience was poor would be an under sight.... Safe to say, the entire experience was nothing short of unprofessional, pushy, fast talking shiney suit salesman behaving like they’re from the Wolf of Wall St... one of the clowns was taking videos on his phone and the salesman told me he’s a “Insta Gram Star”... Come on - I came to a car dealership with my wife to buy a cross over not to socialise with wanna-be social media celebraties. I came back in today as I saw the car we wanted was still there and the yard was almost empty - another shiney suit salesman told me “we won’t be a nissan dealer for much longer” hey no surprises with how your staff behave !!!! Bought from rangiora dealer Nissan today (they assured it was a seperate business) very professional and no wanna be social media celebrities
I have a Nissan leaf, a common fix when you are having charging issues is to reboot by disconnecting the 12v battery, waiting 5 minutes # and plugging it back in. This service department was fully booked today, but they refused to fit me in for this even though it would have taken a mechanic 45 seconds to do it. Now I have to go to the auto parts store, buy the right wrench, and do it myself, or wait for an AA callout. Why wouldn't they do this one easy little thing to get a Nissan driver back on the road? Bad.
Have called to get price ups on parts and service a number of times and either due to incompetence or otherwise have received some absolutely outrageous quotes. One of which was a quote in excess of 4000 for OEM brembo front brake rotors and pads, I double checked over the phone that this did not include the calipers and reassured that it did not. Another was over 700 for a new passenger window motor and installation. Absolutely ludicrous. Knowing better, I've ordered parts myself that far exceed the production quality of the OEM parts for a number of things for a fraction of the cost. In the case of the front rotors and pads I went through another business that ordered in the OEM parts and installed them for 700. I also had gearbox oil replaced through you, I had absolutely 0 issues with the gearbox prior, no crunches etc, after receiving it back within 5000km's I've started to experience crunches into 2nd and 5th gear. It really worries me though that perhaps some other people are receiving quotes and being none the wiser, are choosing to pay a ridiculous amount for certain things or not having their car serviced to a proper standard. Please remedy this because it's absolutely criminal.
tried several times to get through to the parts department and was sent to an answer phone , once i got through i was never gotten back to and just generally passed around the phone network. bit miffed, unprofessional guys.
I was impressed with the outstanding customer service from Tony & Hayley when I had my Nissan serviced on Wednesday. Everything was explained in detail, the price was right and the loan car was perfect. Many thanks see you in a few Km’s
