I spent lot of time and money for my teeth. I like to visit dentist. I have no idea how I get there, I'm dating a guy who doesn't go to dentist for 7 years. everytime I saw his teeth I feel sick. I told him "please visit dentist" but he doesn't care my opinion. recently he broke his teeth and start going to dentist. finally!!! I don't know who cleaned his teeth I love you. Thank you very much for cleaning it and I really appreciate that.

This is honestly the best dental practise I have ever been to. All staff were wonderful. Dentist was gentle and gave full information. Not once did he try to shame me about the condition of my teeth. Instead he was understanding, explaining to me existing medical conditions and age could be factors. I left feeling so grateful for the awesome service. Will definitely be returning to them.

I have thought long and hard about posting this review, especially given the threats of defamation for others who have bravely spoken up. I will not go into detail about the specifics of my dental treatment with Dr Brady other than to say I too was not treated in a respectful or kind manner as a patient in his practice, and it has left a lasting impression on me. I can only hope I encountered Dr Brady on one of his 'off days' and that others have been more fortunate than I.

I had an appointment with Dr Samuel late last year. My appointment with Dr Samuel was brief, he told me there was nothing that could be done to save the tooth, it needed to be extracted, and quite simply all my teeth were in bad shape, either needing fillings or extractions. With out asking, he told me it was quite common for people my age to have these issues from the amount of sugary drinks consumed. I don’t drink “sugary drinks” but I had just had my second child, and during each pregnancy have experienced a tooth problem, apparently it’s quite common for women to experience teeth/gum issues while pregnant. I left feeling disheartened. I’d had very little issues with my teeth prior to this and was in total disbelief how I could go from having no issues to now having terrible teeth. Dr Samuel was happy to extract on the spot, letting me know quite simply it was the only option. I had a second opinion the following day @ Smile Concepts further down the road. They looked at the x-ray taken from Dr Samuel & didn’t understand why I was given that advice. They were much more professional and welcoming! They were able to fix my tooth straight away! So happy I had a second opinion

Jeeper creepers where have you been all my life Dr. Sam brady!!! The kindest and the best dentist out there! I've always been very anxious about going to the dentist due to pain, judgement and the price. I've had extensive fillings done and a wisdom tooth extraction today, not a single pain during the process - no judgement and I genuinely felt like he's there to help (quite cheap too!). Very efficient, professional and most of all - he knows his stuff! Thanks so much Sam and Sarah, I've never been to the dentist and came out with a smile. Felt like falling asleep at one point, I was that relaxed! Thank you thank you thank you for your non-judgemental very friendly approach. Will definitely be back and will recommend to everyone i know.

Great practice and Dr Brady is fantastic - gives you all the options with honest pricing, student discount too. Receptionist was great at fitting me in for a wisdom teeth removal, before leaving on holiday. There was not enough information given after my surgery - and I had no idea drinking through a straw was dangerous after having teeth removed.
