Shocking service, had a faulty electrolux vaccuum, Electrolux insisted Cotters was the only place for Warranty repairs, after reading reviews we did not want to touch them, and we were right, in over 3 months they did nothing, they lied lots tho, they said they had lost it, then they had given it to courier but did not put our address on it, another lie, they did absolutly nothing, they did not even look for the fault, warning dont leave your appliances with these incompetant idiots, you will never get them fixed and may never see them again

Excellent service from Cotters, would highly recommend Chris. Our 2 Bosch ovens were both repaired very quickly and efficiently. One part did have to come from Germany but it arrived pretty much on schedule within the 10 working days they said. Also replaced an oven light for me which hadn't been working for years and was impossible to fix unless the oven was already being taken apart, so I am pretty pleased with that as well.

Appalling customer service. Incompetent staff and shoddy workmanship. Would never ever use them again. Surprised how there are still in the business. Used them for an electrical installation job and left the job worse than we found it.

I took a blender in to be repaired and was very specific about the problem. It was simply fixed - a seal had dried in storage and needed to be soaked - I was called back within 2 hours. So far so good. When i got my appliance back I was told that a blade had been tightened. It hadn't. The blender bowl had been screwed down onto the seal so hard that I can no longer take it apart - as you need to do- to wash it. Further more I was told that the bowl is designed for this not to happen. I have therefore paid 30 to get my blender back in a war se condition than I provided it. B when I questioned the payment I was told this was justified as it took 30inured of a technician looking on line to find out how the blender worked - information that I had given.
