We set about designing our dream home with this business and were sold a complete lie. By the end of the experience we felt they had zero interest in listening to what we wanted in our home and would never recommend them to anyone. They were incredibly slow to complete work or respond to us and left juniors in charge of important parts of the process. Communication about the process from their end was incredibly poor and we felt very much in the dark. Now that we are in our home I still walk around irritated by the things they pushed us into or would not change when we requested them to. Bitter to say the least
