One of their staff named ''NIKKI WILKIE'' was VERY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL and IMPATIENT. I missed her call because I was working, I called her back during my break and she got mad at me for not answering her call the first time around. Their job description is also very misleading, the hourly rate written is not actually what they will pay you.

Xenophobic personnel. I was ridiculed and denied service - he did not make a copy of my CV, passport or documents. He made a jab at me having residency. Despite my extensive experience in service industries, he suggested me a cleaner job, even though that was not among the jobs offered (back of kitchen, storage packer, chef). I was told the process is informal and he will send me a message about any cleaning offers. I never heard back from him.

I sent my cv to apply for a Timber yard job at DKW I didn't get any responses from the team about that job how hard is it to put me to a simple timber yard job I didn't realize you have to be really qualified to strip bark off trees really experienced consultants they have there it's not the first time I've went in to a temp agency and filled in a bunch of paper work and got no where out of it

I worked for these guys for 5 weeks, communication was very bad. Thrust had bad experience with these guys and the people they made me work with. They also got my hours wrong too under paying me. Overall if you are going to recruitment agency I wouldn’t recommend this one as one staff Or something are much better. They were alright but compared to others they are on the bottom of the list .

DKW were absolutely awesome and did a great job keeping me in work and earning when I needed them. Beth in particular really worked tirelessly to both to keep rolling in some casual work and trying to find me a permanent role. Would absolutely recommend as not merely treated as a number but more like person.
