Big thank you to Mike Mills and the team at Dominator Christchurch. We love our new garage door and opener. This was a difficult install on an older concrete block double garage and everything looks and works perfect. Special thanks to Jeff the installer who went above and beyond to ensure a fantastic job was done and very friendly and helpful to deal with. We have the new smart opener that connects to a smartphone app giving complete autonomy. I recommend people upgrade their old openers to this new technology. Thanks Peter Langham, Christchurch

Shocking customer service.....Woman on the phone was very rude and there was a unprofessional "not my job" attitude on site. Both door installers i have had obviously do not enjoy working for this company. I may have just experienced just a one off as other reviews seem OK.

When I rang and said I had a broken spring she said would be 130 dollars.later I find that's their call out fee.the job was inner city.then the spring cost 115 ..later I find other company s callout was 90 and the spring was 95..they are expensive.added to that the spring that broke was from them and broke after two years.i said is there a guarantee she said no..couldn't care less..never again would I use dominator coy for the repair..a total ripoff

I had issues with my motor for my door, I suspected it might have beyond the warranty period. I requested a service repair, offered a few options of sending the unit away for repair and or to replace the unit. I opted for a replacement thinking he will need to go away and come back with a new motor/head. I was very pleased he had spares in his van. Quick simple fix and I was a happy guy. Thanks guys for your support.
