Great family doctors. Four generations of our family are patients here and all are very satisfied with the treatment they receive.

Very disappointed, kudos to the receptionist who was the only polite and professional staff member that I interacted with. Not sure how this practice has such a high overall rating. I had phoned to ensure they were taking on new patients, was told that they were, and went in to see a nurse. While waiting for the nurse I witnessed a doctor being quite rude to another patient in the waiting area, because they had a drink with them. It's not hard to be polite and patient while asking them to leave a drink behind, surely. The nurse then asked me questions, and told me there were a 'number of red flags', because I had disclosed I was taking Concerta for my ADHD. I told her I was more than happy to get this from my specialist, and would not require any prescriptions of that from them. Mind boggling, but this obviously didn't satisfy them. The nurse told me she would get me to see the doctor, Chris Hill, to speak with him and see if he was right for me. She went away, and then came back moments later telling me she is sorry but they are not taking on any new patients at the moment. If you are going to lie to my face, at least make it remotely believable. As I have said, I had phoned earlier to ensure that they were indeed taking on new patients. The nurse herself had gone through with questioning me and going to arrange a discussion between myself and the doctor. And she expected me to believe they weren't taking on new patients, rather than being honest and upfront about the reasons that they did not want me, specifically, as a patient. Perhaps next time I won't be so honest in disclosing my condition or the medications that I am taking, if it is going to result in being insulted and turned away from unrelated medical care. I am a triple university graduate, not some drug seeking idiot. A little bit of respect goes a long way, and I take great pleasure in writing this honest and terrible review of my experiences today. Shame on you!
