Very bad! They made twice payment through my credit card! When argue with them, they said is their mistaken and will refund it back in to my credit card, but over half month i still no receive it! They only asked me contact my bank, but bank said they never refund that amount to me! When i asked them show me their refund payment receipt, they haven't reply my email anymore!

Do not book with Drive NZ. Their customer service is disgraceful. They gave me a car with the biggest dent in the back and scratches all over the place. When I raised it they said l: "Drive NZ aims to keep our fleet in an exemplary state, but unfortunately fell short this time round." and "All of our Yaris’ were booked out at the time and we were reluctant to downgrade you to an older vehicle.". Who downgrades a customer?!?! Supposedly they didn't have time to repair the car and didn't think for a split second to offer a discount for either a massively dented car or a downgraded vehicle when I picked it up. Then they had the audacity to say "We cannot offer you a refund but I would be happy to offer you a 30% discount off your next booking if you chose to give us another go." -\u003e NEVER! They also didn't bother trying to contact me when I was a no show (I booked the car a day early), they didn't care for a minute. Supposedly this bad service was justified because it's a busy period... But it wasn't, it was the weekend before Easter; I can't even imagine what their service would be during the Easter weekend or over Xmas... This company should certainly not operate.

Won't reply to emails, didn't supply snow chains even though they were booked. Still charged us for snow chains they didn't supply. We were not informed of lackof snow chains untill we had already signed paper work. Use a third party site and people so you can't even talk to anyone face-to-face. 3rd party obviously refuses to take any responsibility so you are left high and dry. Thanks for wrecking absolute havok on my holidays.

This company is full of cheaters. They kept my entire deposit money and in spite of multiple requests, did not provide any proof of damage. Don't fall for the trap. They might have cheaper prices, but rental cars in dilapidated state or worst customer service ever.
