This is the way to have First Aid courses delivered! Rick delivered the best first aid course I have attended; extremely interactive which I preferred (rather than reading through pages of material), comprehensive content with a humour throughout the day with a lot of laughs. Really enjoyed meeting other members of the FACT team during the day as well. Highly recommended!

This month I spent a day completing the most fun, enjoyable and educational first aid course I have ever done. The presenter was engaging and got everyone involved in fun banter, teaching by asking questions and giving you fun challenges and making scenarios realistic to what you would encounter in a first aid environment. Like a lot of people I've had to do way to many first aid courses and have been bored and uninspired - this is the exact opposite and highly recommended as a day anyone will benefit from!!

The trainer was great at getting a group of strangers to feel comfortable together. Loved getting the whys of what we were doing and not just the what to do as it made everything seem much more common sense and easy to remember. Left feeling much more confident in my ability to provide First Aid.
