Ordered a sofa back in August, was told it would arrive in September it has now been two months and it still has not been delivered. I sent them emails every so often to get an update on delivery and was told several times that there had been ''delays'. Don't buy anything from Freedom that they don't have in stock, unless you're happy to wait for ages.

Wow! I had money to spend this morning, but the disinterested staff didn't even acknowledge my presence ! Looks like I dodged a bullet after reading the other less than flattering reviews!

Worst customer service ever! Bought some plates and bowls. They ordered some more in for us since their store set was incomplete. After a month I contacted the store...they didn't have record of it so we re-ordered them. After another month and no calls so I gave the shop another ring..they told me they are now discontinued. So they sold me an incomplete set with the promise of getting the others in. Didn't order them. Then eventually couldn't order them so I'm left with three bowls four plates and six random smaller plates. Called and asked to speak to owner/manager. Left my number for them to call me back since they were 'busy'. No call ever came. Disgusting.
You can take away my money but you will never take my FREEDOM HA HA. good shopping experience
I ordered a new bed and mattress. They happily took my 2,300 - however it took 5 weeks to deliver. They ignored my calls, didn't call back when told they would. They apologised for the inconvenience and said they would provide a gift certificate to compensate. This was never provided. Highly not recommended.
Not a very good experience at all. I went today to pick up a chair for a friend down south (they have no freedom furniture down there) I get there and the lady behind the counter doesn't really know what she's doing. She gives the incorrect change to the lady she's serving for a start. Then I tell her what I'm wanting she goes down the end to get it. I wander round for 10 minutes and nothing. So i go down to the end of the store where their storeroom and pick up area is, the lady came out and said 'oh the boys are a bit busy to get the chair at the moment' WHILE IVE BEEN WAITING A GOOD 10 MINS ALREADY. They finally get it down. Then comes time to pay, their stupid eftpos machine was playing up. Entered card manually. Still didn't work. She had the audacity to tell me I didn't have enough money in my account!!!Tried another machine and worked first time. All the other customers being served there looked thoroughly pissed off by the service as well. Up your game guys, as all the other reviews are also super poor. Will not be going back.
