See I am not only one to get bad service. Nice stock in shop. Never looked at coffee area and took photo as I was deciding on treat to buy and got told off. Seriously told off. Never going back. Better places a few steps away!

I have shopped in store Katherine for years, and have always enjoyed the store immensely. However today, after an appalling display of customer service I regret to say I will never set foot in there again. I feel so disappointed with the response you gave to one of your staff to tell me over the phone, especially when you were unable to supply the item I wanted to purchase. It was exceedingly rude. Just remember you never know who is on the end of the phone and how much they would spend instore, and if you wouldn't say it to the face...don't EVER go there over the phone. End of the line for me shopping at French Blue, and I sincerely hope you take something on board from this. Never take customers/clients for granted!
