I ask for help and he said read the instructions I said I did and i put my card in it just said accept then nothing happened he said he serve all these other people before me and he said what you have somewhere else to be and I said yes I have to breastfeed my baby is that not okay? He's a rude person ever! Would not recommend going to ask for help cause you'll just expect some young dude to be rude.
