This is not the first time I have used GO Rentals and it won't be the last. I used their App to check in before I had even arrived so that picking up the car was super fast. On arrival at the airport I used the App to call for a pick-up to the depot and only had to wait a couple of minutes for someone to arrive. The return was just as seamless. The car I got was extremely economical and ran well. The staff I dealt with were all friendly and professional. I couldn't fault a thing.

Super quick in and super quick out of the car rentals office at Christchurch. Staff were friendly professional and knowledgeable as well as helped with the baggage. We hired a Hyundai Kona for 12 days and thought the car was fantastic perfect for our trip around the South Island

Great professional services. Great range of vehicles available at competitive rates and all vehicles are in as new condition. Very latest models available. Smooth and comfort of rides even the shuttle that picked us up from the airport. Shuttle is large enough to fit in upto or maybe more then 10 people including baggage. The shuttle driver was a nice bubbly person and chatted all along and helped with luggage. Quick paperwork and walkthrough of the vehicle. Even better was the drop-off process.

Had no problem booking online. Shuttle was already there when we got out of the airport, took us straight to pickup rental car. Car was ready and waiting, straight forward with the signing. Prices was reasonable nice and clean inside and outside of vehicle. Drop off was quick no mucking around shuttle took us straight to the airport. Definitely will book again through go rentals thanks once again
