I went to see Marc today re a problem with a Table Tennis table bought from Great Range last September ...Through our own doing we had a problem with one of the wheels on the Table ... Could not not have received better service ..No question of blaming anybody but... "Its broken lets get it fixed attitude" ...Really appreciated his help and replacement of the wheel bracket without any charge .... He has been more than obliging in the past and so a BIG Thank you for a great service ...Really professional and helpful Thank you so much

DO NOT RECOMEND I bought a bike rack online that received today. There were installation instructions are missing. The instructions are unclear to me for install correctly or be certain it installed correctly. When I phone to him, Marc he did not get a responsibility at all for helping or giving me proper instruction, or sending me rest of the missing assembling instructions to how to install it. Long story short, instead he did not listen and said "You should get someone's help. my 8 old son can install it. Never ever had a problem. No need instructions to install it. everyone can do it. I earn xxx money from only working few hours per day." When i said, as you advertise in your website "We pride ourselves on great service, and endeavor to answer any queries as soon as possible." you are not offering a great service." He suppose to be responsible for products buy from him, comply with what he says in the website. Instead he blame me for not being able to install without rest of the assembling information. When I disconnect the phone line he send me following messages. HE IS A COMPLETE HOAX! DO NOT TRUST HIM!
