Have had some good doctors and some terrible ones here, but most annoying is that they never run on time and never tell you how far behind they are when you sign in. So if you like life running ontime, go elesewhere.

Drs are excellent as are the nursing team. A wide variety of experience. They recognize critical issues early and mange this extremely well. Facilities are good. The wheel chair wheels need inflation.

All doctors and nurse are very friendly and know exactly what they are doing. They take there time with you and don’t rush you out the door again. Highly recommend this practice!

Wait was 145 minutes not busy in the waiting room. I was left waiting as staff did not schedule my dressing and flight injections. Then I find a ara student doing all the work with no supervision and i was not made aware of this. For her part she did a good job. Part of the doctors visit was a question of travel injections required for a overseas visit soon. It was a general question asked , which was a one minute answer that cost me 65 dollars which I was totally unaware of.If there is a cost be upfront.... My time costs money too.... The Customer service needs to be lifted.

Friendly reception but slow doctor that was half an hour late, rude and to be honest pretty useless compared to my old doctor and any other doctor I have seen. I broke my knee and she did nothing about it. No caring bedside manner or physiotherapy offered and when I asked about pain releif she shrugged it off and told me to stretch and take panadol. I'll be leaving this practice. Dr Mackenzie ruined it.
