Just WOW!! What an amazing spot!! This place is great for picnic, it has an awesome view as it faces the mountains, easy and challenging walks. Mine, open space, lakes, sheeps... What else? I really enjoyed my walk here. I will be back. Highly recommend.

We mainly use this park to walk our dog off lead as they have a dedicated dog area. Be warned though, it is not fully enclosed, so if you have a dog with no control you may lose it! Lovely peaceful surroundings.

A very good outdoor experience with walking opportunities both hilly and on the flat. Beautiful in Springtime with flowering cherries.

Pleasantly surprised with the size of this place. There are amazing wee "sister city gardens" there too which are just wonderful to wander around. The rim walk gives amazing views and doesn't take that long.

What an amazing place in Halswell. You can go for walk, run, picnic with kids, just to chill, enjoy the nature, dog walk, meditation, know the brief history of quarry or you are just bored and do something to feel better. Parking place and water fountain available. Toilets might be available but didn't spot while walking. Plenty of picnic tables and benches. There are plenty of trees, birds and a little pond.

I think everyone who goes here enjoys themselves. From the bikers passing through, lots of dogs getting walked to people out to walk/exercise and those just going for stroll and maybe a coffee at the cart. Thanks CCC rangers for keeping the place tidy etc.Enjoy

Great spot for a walk and nice views from lookout. Good spot for sunset views. Quite a few different tracks, but not that well sign posted.
