I thought I would email you to say that we had a great experience today with the delivery young man that came to our home. I must think it was the first time that we got a call from a delivery person even when asked but he rang us to say he was on his way which then allowed us to have everything ready for him.A polite happy relaxed young man, nothing was a problem. He took his time to work through what was needed with a couple extra hands.
