I'm posting two reviews 1st workshop. Rubbish after one week they hadn't even looked at the bike. After two weeks I arranged to have the bike moved to another place. They fixed it within a day or so. I was oversees and the bike was supposed to be ready for my return. Hamptons knew all this. But failed. 2nd review accessories. 5 stars. Very recently bought a helmet the service was first class. But I had been round the other bikes shops in town, they were all good two. To be honest it's what you expect.
