Have just used Handyhire for the first time and was not impressed. I wanted to use a courtesy trailer and went to the so called “Customer Service” shed and received a grumpy and incomplete explanation of the process to get a trailer. I was grumbled at later because I failed to follow the correct process – it would have nice to have been told the correct process at the start!
