Horrible to deal with. Rude and arrogant, definitely do not recommend. When 'borrowing' our personal key for 10 days to "make a copy", they returned the wrong key and lost the original and the correct copy! They failed to rectify the situation and I had to make myself a copy of my partner's key. Now they harass us to leave a key under the doormat when we are at work, because their key does not fit. We had a big leak on the first floor last year and they had us wait 3 days because calling a plumber on the Tuesday after the holidays would be cheaper. The plumber damaged the wall with his ladder and they never even came to inspect it. Unprofessional and utterly disrespectful!
