A small relaxing thermal style pool set up right next to brighton pier. Only 14 to get in so cheap, 2 hour blocks, make sure you book as it's pretty popular. Clean facilities, I recommend taking a water bottle as it's pretty dehydrating.

Wow, what a little gem of a place. Highly recommend visiting He Puna Taimoana if you are a visitor to Christchurch or local. The pools are stunning, with 5 to chose from you will not be disappointed. The facilities are pristine and the staff are extremely welcoming and attentive. The plunge pool is a must.. I loved the spa vibe. The cafe is also a little treat serving up some yummy food and delicious coffee after a such a relaxing experience. 10/10

Lovely place with amazing view of the pier. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The premises are clean and well looked after. The place offers a wide variety of pools plus a steam room, plunge pool and a dry sauna... Making it a great place to spend time with friends or your special someone. Great place to relax ️

Wow. Go there NOW!! Where to start? Let's just start with a great big WOW! What a credit to New Brighton and Christchurch. The location is just fabulous and it's easy to find 2 hour parking on Marine Parade. The staff are really warm and friendly and a real credit to this facility - kudos to you, lovely Bridgette! The changing rooms have heated floors and overhead heaters - perfect on a 13C rainy old day. The lockers are all automated and safe to use - 3 for the hire period of 2 hours. There was nice jazz playing in the lockers area - such a great ambience. The pools themselves are tightly controlled but respectfully so and there is so much choice of temperature from hot to a plunge pool or family friendly one as well. The strict numbers mean that everyone has a go at the jets and you don't feel crowded at all. I'm so impressed and can't wait to go again soon. All credit to the CCC for doing this so well right down to the landscaping. So impressed!

Love this place. Regular treat and 8 don't think to badly priced. Only thing I guess a bit more shade would be good

Excellent hot pools, plunge pool, wet and dry sauna. Nothing fancy and it's a fair price. Friendly staff and the timed entries keep down crowds. If you're from out of town make sure to bring a towel, there are none to rent. Great facility!
