Amazing service. Peter is very patient and caring, he was able to fix my old hearing aids that I paid over 8k for 5 years ago. His hearing aids are so much cheaper than anyone else that I bought a pair, only cost 1798, and they are the best I have ever had and I have been using hearing aids for many years. Exceptional quality. Would definitely recommend, wish I had discovered Hearing True years ago.

Extremely good value for money and high quality hearing aids. Took a while to work out that the Telecoil option is counterproductive. Audio coupling works way better. OPA-300

Bought mid 2015 a pair of quite expensive hearing aids from "Hearing True". One of the aids stopped working after only a year (replaced under warranty) and the other aid stopped its useful life mid 2018. True Hearing claims it's my fault (without evidence) and wants to sell after only three years of light use (and good care) a new aid (at full price). Bruising process instead of customer care. Won't use this provider anymore. Given that nobody else in NZ is able to support these products will I obviously change as well the brand. An expensive risk potential customers should consider before committing.
