I had to replace two cylinders in the space of 2 months. Brendan from the Hot Water Shop is wonderful to deal with. He gave me several different quote options for both and once I made a decision the job was completed within a few days. I would highly recommend this company, excellent service and reasonably price. The positive reviews on here helped me choose this company to replace my leaking cylinder. I would also recommend Hot Water Shop. I didn't get other quotes - but from relating to what my sister paid for a replacement and a quick look at cylinder prices online, the quote did seem reasonable. Service was great, I was in a hurry and was expecting a longer wait, but once I accepted quote, had the job done next day. Communication with Brendan was prompt.
They made the whole process super quick and easy to understand. We converted from a hot water cylinder to a gas unit and now our power bill is massively lower. Friendly and clean team as well!
