With a lot of visits to rest homes... out of five we saw, this was one of the two we were impressed with... lady showing us round was very very helpful. It was just unfortunate there were no vacancies.

Thank you to ALL the wonderful staff at Ilam Lifecare. When we visit my Mother it feels like we are going into her home. Beautifully kept gardens remind me of her gardens. The lovely warm welcome from all the staff on arrival and the offered cups of tea. My mother receives a high level of care, is encouraged to participate in activities and enjoys the entertainment. A special team of people supporting not only our loved ones but our family to.

Our family was fortunate indeed that Ilam Lifecare accepted Mum into their care in February 2019. The best decision we ever made was apply for placement. The standard of care in their Cressy Unit, is second to none, and being involved in a professional capacity with residents in other such facilities, I believe I am in an ideal position to say this. Their staff are the most attentive and caring team we as a family have witnessed and our mother thrived because of this exceptionally high level of care and understanding. Sady Mum passed away in May 2019 but the time spent in "Cressy" was very special to her and indeed the family. Thankyou to all the team at Ilam.
