Horrible to deal with, website is 20 years behind any standard website. The lay out is horrible and if you think you'd be able to upload documents or anything easily you'd be wrong. Having to print everything out and mail it in this day and age is like using square wheels... Being bounced between staff and not being able to actually meet with someone is a drag.

Terrible communication facilities for anyone who needs help. No capability to make phone contact as it eventually hangs up on people. I have tried to make contact at different times of the day over a period of weeks.

Not so helpful staffs. Just giving you the standard answer and you can feel that they are not interested to help or sort it out or go extra mile. You cant feel any concern or care from her as the matter is urgent. We submitted the documents being asked but haven't received any confirmation or any update on the application of the IRD number. So frustrating.

Was told my tax would be updated to get rid of an incorrect charge but it has not so I still can't pay it! Really irritating!
