I got an appointment for my hair highlights, and they call me for the consultation next day. She did a strand test for my hair. And called me and confirm she can do the highlights for my hair, she offered me different range of colours and confirm the colour also. Just 2 days before they call me and said she can't do it, and they don't have the colour range. TOTTALY DISSAPOINTED.
