We recently bought a few appliances for our new build. We had to wait a few months for our oven. When it arrived we were pressured to pick up asap. I understand it’s not a storage facility, but when you have spent a large amount of money and had to wait months for a oven that was pre paid for. Only to be told if we don’t pick it up they will sell it to someone else! TERRIBLE customer service. On this basis alone I would never shop here again or recommend them.

A good purchasing experience. The sales clerk was very friendly & knowledgable about the various product options. He was even able to match the (significantly lower) price from an Australian chain-store at the local shopping mall, which saved me from having to deal with a soulless corporation -- much appreciated indeed!

When I ordered a cooktop, they said it will be available in two weeks. I understand the difficult situation in this time and had waited for another four weeks with a cutout in my new kitchen benchtop. Whenever I asked them, it's on the way. Finally they said "to be honest, I'm not sure when it's now due". So I cancelled it. They wrote down all of my credit card information including CVV on my invoice and made a copy of it. I was told that they only process the refunds once a week and will email me a confirmation of refund. While there was no confirmation, thankfully I could get a refund anyway. From this experience, it was very clear to me that their service and organization was lacking, so unless they do something about this, I would like their next customers to take this into account so nobody else will have to have their time wasted.
