The worst, most disorganised company I have ever dealt with in my life. Each department blamed the other for their disorganised and misinformed lack of progress. Many months after accepting the quote they turned up and did a good job, 4 stars for that, but it was their third attempt with 2 previous attempts cancelled due to their mismanagement. Barry made things worse by no follow up at promised times, poor communication generally. GM Theo was disinterested and not proactive and ultimately responsible for this shambles. I used the Auckland service but it was coordinated through a very disorganised CHCH office.

Got these guys in to inject their engineered resin under the house footings. Great foreman who communicated well with us and the crew on site were professional and efficient. Definitely recommend Mainmark!
