Lovely. Handy for Rutland St shops. Great in the Summer for fish & chips from Rutland St Fish shop. Good cafe on Rutland for coffees too. Used to live near on Roosevelt Ave. Our dog still remembers it from when he was a pup and still frolics in the park on walks six years later.

Always a fun few hours for the kids. Cool wee playground, exercise equipment, a field to run around on and lots of pokemon and pokestops for Pokemon go. Public toilets available too.
