Twice in the same week I've ordered a normal burger in drive through, gotten home to find it wrong, and not just a little. The first was two patties, sauce and mayo, nothing else. Second round the burger had all it's contents other than the meat.. I know I should be checking, I expect no refunds, I do expect a simple drive through order to be no trouble to a restaurant however.

Probably the worst McDonalds I've been to. Drink machine is down constantly, rude staff and long waits. Half the orders aren't called out during busy time too. Last order I got a large frozen with my combo and they barely filled it half way. There are plenty of food places that are great in this general area so don't bother going here. If you want fast food then just go to Wendy's.

Very unfriendly staff who work on Thursday nights. No greeting by any of the staff and I had to wait for staff member to have a personal conversation with her colleague before she gave me my order. They need some basic customer service training.
Very clean store, extremely fast service, nice indoor temperature. Staff could be a little friendlier, but that's a given. Burger was delicious and had lots of cheese.
Food was okay . I didn't go in so can't comment on how clean it was. Good service and quite fast considering Christmas. Parking was taken pretty much but was Christmas
I'm an expert at the drive through at this establishment.. Staff are always friendly & even when the drive through line long and busy its never really a big wait. Cheers McDonald's Hornby keep up the great work
Honestly the place has been going downhill for a while with service. People mess up its ok. But not every single time. And we go here alot... the only redeeming quality about macvas hornby is there's one guy there. Sorry don't know his name. But he's really friendly and haven't had issues with him ever.
