The food was great hot and fresh the service was terrible you can't hear them calling out your order and there is a big queue waiting which was a great pity

Came to McDonald's Northlands mall today for lunch, after a not so great experience at a few neighboring food court locations thought maccas would be a solid choice as they are generally consistent across food court locations.... Boy, was I wrong.... Got myself a Mac Attach large combo. Fries were greasy and coated in oil, obviously undercooked and straight up feral. The burgers themselves were well below acceptable temperature and poorly constructed (classic pickles outside the burger) . Don't get me wrong, I love maccas, I really do, but this was a big old disappointment. Will not return to this location.

I thought MacDonalds here was a good Maccas. Located in the Northlands Food Court it is very easy to find. Gets kind of real busy at times so yes there can be a wait but that is to be expected especially during the school holidays. In fact it's hard to find a table then also. If you like McDonalds then this is a good outlet. No rubbish bins so leave your packaging etc on the table.

A very very busy food outlet. It can get crowded around the ordering booths and seating is limited. I don't know what else to say, its a McDonalds!

It's an alright Fast Food place in Northland. However it takes a long time to get your food, even if you just ordered a drink, you still have to wait for a while to get it.
