Cons: The car was smelly, probably a smoker car The car was filthy (dirty), as it had meen uswd a lot (270‘00km) The car almost fell apart! - the front bumper was loos pn eother side -the windshild locker bar came almost off The car was making strange noises when starting the engine The indicator bulb blew the last day The pickup is located 2km from the airport on a gravel lot with an office container Pro: Spacy Quick pickup and drop off

I gave my flight details which was arriving into Christchurch at 1830. There was no one to meet me. I had to get a taxi to the Airbus. The next morning I had to get an Uber to pick me up and take me to Rolleston for an appointment. I then had to get the Uber to pick me up from Rolleston. The driver agreed to take me to Mode Rentals to get my car. I paid over 150 for all that. I was told by the service consultant that my booking said in was picking the car up at 1100. I do not know they got that information. Surely they should know what time the flight gets in from Australia?
