Highly disappointed after years of using this service for my 3 kids. I leant then some DVDs and after numerous calls/emails not one attempt to rectify, I’m sure if one of my kids damaged or lost their property they would be quick to request a solution. I was also in credit when I left and have requested the money that is mine since I no longer will be using their service and yet again after numerous calls/emails I still have no money and no one has explained why. I would not recommend this service at all. 1. It took them about 12months to process a refund. Which I only got after this review. 2. They weren’t just a couple of DVDs, one lot was very hard to replace and one DVD was my sons gift. So while they may just be DVDs to you they aren’t to us, you have made no attempt to replace them at all. No contact has been made to apologise.
