I inherited a Nanoosi extraction unit when I brought a new house. Utterly useless. The touchpad barely works; it's basically either on or off at the wall switch. When it's on it's very noisy. I tried to contact the manufacturer for an instruction booklet but no reply. Do not buy.

exposed edge on the waterfall, inside the draws have chips in the laminate exposing the mdf draws, they forgot soft closers, they tried to give me ali express draw hardware after i had already paid for blum and 2 of the doors have already fallen off.

Really horrible experience. Five days after purchase wood kept chipping and falling off, cracks began showing in the wood boards and joinery. They denied any issues and blamed us saying it was a “rustic look”. Filed with the Disputed Tribunal, Nanoosi have since agreed maybe there was “some issue” (after a lengthy conversation where he talked down to me and kept referring to my partner as my husband- if you are a woman do not shop here. Not an inclusive environment at all). Not worth 1500, kmart offers far superior furniture.

Nanoosi gave us a very large kitchen at a great discount for our Womens Shelter the YWCA. They sent an excellent technician in to install the kitchen and it has made an enormous difference to the running of our organisation.

Excellent service, product and price. Once the job is quoted they will make it work for the price they have quoted with no hidden costs and extras. Installation is very professional. Total turnaround from walking in the door for the first time to having kitchen installed was 2 weeks which included a stone bench top
