I was part of the Superhome movement for some time before I knew that Nest Residential was building spec homes with Superhome/beyond-the-code features.This provided the chance to live in a home with lots of Superhome features without having to build. Simon and his team were also very accommodating with some small changes we made during the build. It’s a very easy, warm and secure home to live in, and its central location is an added bonus. Because there are a number of other Nests in the area, it feels like being part of a community of people for whom beyond-the-code design is important.

I love my Nest home! It has been a pleasure to live in for the last year. The extra effort put into the insulation and the high quality European style windows have made it extremely comfortable. I also value the excellent communication from Simon and Mark throughout the building process and most importantly the continued after sales service. I highly recommend purchasing a Nest home and would be very happy to buy a Nest home in the future.
Our decision to purchase a Nest Residential home was based on the excellent build quality and superb insulation benefits. Our home is very cost effective to heat and is extraordinarily quiet inside with double glazing. This results is a cosy, warm and dry home that delivers a top quality living environment.
