I Purchased a recumbent bike early january 2017 ni-trac7 Very pleased until it broke something inside. I phoned No 1 Fitness and they do not do repairs and gave me the name of there recommended repairer who covered all of Auckland and up to Whangarei. What a joke .I would not recommend anyone to deal with this firm

I just purchased a recumbent exercylce of their Trade Me post and the the buy now transaction could not have gone more impeccably. I immediately contacted the store and was assisted by an amicable chap who said they'd indeed received confirmation of my order and it was all tickety boo good to go. Being a busy man, I asked if I could have one pre-assembled for me to say me the joy of reading Foreign written Anglicized instructions (or perhaps I'm just a rare kiwi deficient in the number 8 wire genetic prowess) and he informed me that one was already freshly assembled off the No1 fitness convey belt and was ready to go.

The service is appalling. Too many excuses doesn't hide the fact that their word has not been kept it is 3 months since I paid for an Exercycle that I was told was in stock. Still waiting , am not being kept informed, too disorganised. Worst thing no apology offered surely I should have been offered free delivery at least all things considered.
